一、产品简介
Ⅰ    Description of product
1.全数字化设计,交流采样,人机界面采用大规模LCD中文液晶显示器。

3.    可实时显示L1,L2,L3相的功率因数、电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、电压总谐波畸变率、电流总谐波畸变率、频率的平均值及电容投切状态等信息。
3.    Display on real time power factor, voltage, current, active power, inactive power, total harmonic distortion rate of voltage, total harmonic distortion rate of current, average value of frequency and switching status of the capacitor in three phases of L1,L2,L3
4.    设置参数中文提示,数字输入。

5.    电容器控制方案支持三相补偿,分相补偿,综合补偿方案,可通过菜单操作进行设置控制方案。

常见问题及解决方法:
Common problem and solution:
由于一些可能出现的接线、设置、硬件故障等,会造成整个电容补偿系统不能正常工作,现将较多出现的故障及检查排除方法介绍如下:
The entire capacitance compensation system can not operate normally because of some possible fault in cable connection, configuration and hardware. See below fault which happed frequently and its exclusion method:
1.       控制器测量电流显示值错误或为000
检查参数设置菜单“电流变比”设置项,其设置的值必须与主进线电流互感器的比值相同,如主进线取样电流互感器变比为800/5,控制器“电流变比”设置值应为160;当电流显示0000A时,表示没有电流信号,应检查电流互感器与控制器电流连接端子线路有开路或没有负载两种情况。
1.    Value of the controller meter current displays wrongly or is 000
Check “current conversion ratio” setting option in parameter setting menu, setting value should be same as the conversion ration of the main incoming current transformer. In case the conversion ration of the main incoming sampling current transformer is 800/5, the “current conversion ratio” setting value of the controller should be 160; When it displays that the value of the current 0000A, it means no current signal, please check open circuit or no load conditions of the current transformer and the current connection terminal circuit of the controller.
2.       控制器报警指示灯亮
当电压、谐波测量显示值超出设定的上、下限?;ぶ档姆段?,控制器报警指示灯亮??刂破鹘础?s”间隔时间切除已投入电容器,应适当调整上、下限?;ぶ?。
2.    Alarm indication lamp of controller is lighted.
When display value of voltage is out of the scope of upper and lower limit protection value, alarm indication lamp of controller is lighted. Controller is switched off at “5s” time interval and the capacitor is switched on, the upper and lower limitation protection value should be suitably adjusted.
3.       功率因数显示错误
应检查控制器的测量电流和测量电压的对应关系,测量电流与测量电压应为同相。
3.    Display of power factor is wrong.
Check the corresponding relationship between metering current and metering voltage of controller, the metering current and the metering voltage should be in-phase.
4.       补偿效果不好
应检查控制器参数设置项,与补偿精度相关参数有“目标cosΦ”,“门限”、“电容容值”三个参数,可提高“目标cosΦ”值,减小“门限”设定值,推荐设置为目标cosΦ:1.00,门限1.0,每组电容容值设定与实际电容容值相同即可。由于一些设计电容容量分配级差较大,推荐使用电容编码方式,调整电容器容量,将会达到理想补偿效果。
4.    Bad compensation effect
Check parameter setting option of controller. The parameters which are related to the compensation precision are target cosΦ, threshold and capacitance three parameters.  The target cosΦ can be improved and the setting value of threshold is reduced, it is recommended that target  cosΦ is 1.00 and threshold is 1.0, the capacitance of each group of capacitors should be same as that of the actual capacitor. Because the capacity distribution stage difference of some design capacitors are much, it is recommended to apply capacitor coding method and the capacity of the capacitor is adjusted, it would reach the ideal compensation effect.
5.       不便判断问题出在外接线路时,可换一台控制器,如出现相同的故障现象,请您务必按以上提示检查外接线路。
5.   In case it is difficult to judge that problem occurs on the outer connection line, please replace with another controller. If same fault phenomenon appears, you should check the outer connection line following above mentioned procedure.
